What's included in the monthly lease?

Your lease covers the suite itself, all utilities (electric, water, HVAC), high-speed Wi-Fi, common area maintenance, on-site laundry access, and 24/7 building access. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges.


Do I need to be licensed?

Yes. All beauty professionals at MBC must hold a current Indiana state license for their respective specialty. We verify licensure during the application process.


How long are the lease terms?

We offer flexible lease terms starting at six months. We believe you should have the freedom to grow at your own pace, so we keep our terms straightforward and fair.


Can I decorate or customize my suite?

Certainly! While we encourage you to personalize your suite, please note that customization is permitted only for specific leases. You're welcome to decorate it the way you want. But paint, add fixtures and structural changes will need to be discussed with us first to ensure compatibility with the building's systems.


Is MBC a franchise?

No. MBC is independently owned and operated in Indianapolis. We're not part of a national chain — we're a local business built for local professionals.


How does the application process work?

Submit your application above or contact us. We review every application within one week and respond via email or phone call. If it's a good fit, we'll invite you for a tour of the building and available suites. From there, we'll walk through lease options and help you choose the right space.
